Thank you for your interest entering the People’s Choice Competition at the Southern Pines Blues & BBQ, home of the Triple Crown Competition held at
Forest Capital State Park in Perry, Florida on December 9-10, 2011.

RULES

An 8-10 pound Boston Butt will be given to each BBQ Team that will be participating. Once you accept…you are obligated to turn in the required amount of meat (4-5 pounds of cooked meat). YOU MUST TURN IN MEAT IN THE CONTAINERS WE PROVIDE TO YOU. Ballots will be given to festival goers and they will vote for their favorites. Trophies will be given to the winners at the Awards Ceremony at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

TURN IN TIME FOR YOUR BUTT IS BY 11:30 a.m. NO LATER.
